Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Coherence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by GODOFCONTRACTING SRL, CUI RO34728093, registered in Romania ("the Company").

2. Service description

Coherence is an enterprise platform that integrates organizational data into a unified knowledge model. The Service includes: ontology management, data ingestion and linking, natural language querying, 3D spatial visualization, transformation mapping, simulation capabilities, and agentic analytics.

3. Account and access

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share access credentials or allow unauthorized access to your workspace.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your data

You retain full ownership of all data you ingest into the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your organizational data, ontologies, knowledge graphs, or any outputs generated from your data.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond API rate limits.
• Resell access to the Service without written authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The Coherence platform, including its architecture, algorithms, user interface, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of GODOFCONTRACTING SRL. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.

7. Pricing and payment

Pricing is published on our website and may change with 30 days notice. Free tier access (Playground) is provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we will delete your data from our systems.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
