This forms the core of my professional doctrine, heavily informed by Jocko Willink's concept of Extreme Ownership. You own the outcome. If the product fails to find the market, the team failed to understand the market entirely.
My divergence from pure technology into the business frontier was rooted in this realization: the most sophisticated architecture on earth remains completely worthless if the institution lacks the capacity to absorb it.
